Description

1. The subject of the contract is the development of design documentation for a complex of multi-family residential buildings with service premises, an underground garage and accompanying infrastructure located in Koszalin at ul. Karłowicz on plot 1479/29 cadastral area 0019 on the basis of the Architectural Concept - Annex No. 2 to the GIP. The contracting authority requires that the designed residential buildings in the ground part are made in modular 3D technology based on a wooden frame, and wherever modular 3D technology cannot be used in traditional technology. The subject of the contract also includes the performance of copyright supervision. 2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes: a. preparation of documentation, which includes: i. land development design with the necessary construction equipment, ii. architectural and construction design and technical designs of a multi-family residential building in individual industries, with the assumption of modular technology based on a wooden frame and partly in traditional technology, wherever modular technology cannot be used, iii. full-industry executive documentation, iv. detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, v. work measurements and investor's cost estimates, b. transfer of proprietary copyrights, including dependent rights, to enable changes to be made to the construction design in order to adapt to the selected executive technology, c. answering questions to design documentation during the procedure to select the Construction Works Contractor, d. preparation of complete documentation, applications, and statements necessary to obtain a construction permit decision, e. performing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works in the Koszalin location at the Contractor's expense. 3. The description of the requirements, needs and characteristics of the service being the subject of the contract is contained in the Architectural Concept Annex No. 2 and the Description of the Contracting Authority's Needs (OPZ) Annex No. 2A. 4. The minimum requirements for the subject-matter of the contract which are not negotiable are set out in Annex 2B to the GIP. 5. Minimum requirements for the subject-matter of the contract or performance of the contract to be met by the initial tender: As part of the Initial Offer, the Contractor shall submit: 1) a written analysis of solutions based on the Architectural Concept – Annex 2. The requirements concerning the scope and conditions on the basis of which the presentation is to be made are also included in Roz. VIII Annex 2A to the GIP; 2) in the Initial Tender, the Contractor declares, on the basis of a preliminary written declaration, that the entire scope of the contract will be performed in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority set out in Annex 2A to the GIP; 3) The Contractor shall indicate in the initial Tender the estimated cost of performance of the contract; 4) The Contractor shall indicate proposals for amendments to the Draft Essential Contractual Provisions together with a detailed justification, which will be subject to negotiations.
