The offer is continuously available throughout the meal, in full compliance with the laws and regulations in force at all times. The service provider undertakes to purchase and install, at its own expense, all the equipment necessary for the construction of the free collection system, in particular the appropriate special hot and cold counters and other related equipment. In addition, the service provider assumes responsibility for carrying out the necessary refurbishment works of the dining room, in such a way that the seating capacity remains unchanged and the room meets the requirements necessary to operate the new service.
