Description

Neubau eines Rechenzentrums als geschlossene Einheit sowie den zugehörigen Büro- und Beratungsräumen. Zusätzlich Räume für Forschung und Lehre, wie Labor- & Seminarräume sowie Büroflächen für die Studiengänge Automatisierungstechnik und Verkehrssystemtechnik. Hinzu kommen Labore, Gruppenarbeitsräume und Büros für den Studiengang Betriebswirtschaft mit hohem IT-Anteil. Es ist eine Nutzfläche NUF (1-6) von etwa 3.975 m² und zuzüglich ca. 2.000 m² Außenanlagen vorgesehen. Das Rechenzentrum soll gemäß der Anforderungen TÜViT TSI STANDARD Version 4.6, Level 3 / EN 50600 sowie nach ISO 27001 zertifiziert werden, das Gesamtgebäude nach BNB als Unterrichtsgebäude Version 2017, Standard Silber. Die Projektumsetzung erfolgt mit BIM. Ausgeschrieben werden Generalplanerleistungen in stufenweiser Beauftragung.
