Description

Die RVK benötigt ein Formularwesen um aus mehreren verschiedenen Systemen einen einheitlichen, sauberen Workflow bereitzustellen um diese an Subsysteme bereitzustellen. Hier ist es der RVK vor allem wichtig, zur gleichen Zeit auf Formulardaten zuzugreifen ohne dies an anderer Stelle zu beeinträchtigen.
Folgende wesentliche Anforderungen gibt es:
- Frei konfigurierbarer Workflow-Manager
- Anpassbare Benutzeroberfläche für optimale User-Expirience in Stresssituationen
- Ereignisse die in einer vorhergehenden Version des gleichen Workflows begonnen wurden müssen trotzdem weiterbearbeitet werden
- Der Zugriff auf vergangene Ereignisse muss revisionssicher sein
- Integration über PHP und Maria-DB
Nach intensiver Recherche wurde ausschließlich D-Flow Systems als Partner identifiziert.
