Description

The subject of this procedure is the supply of low-voltage net electricity for the needs of the municipality of Dupnitsa. The electricity supplier and balancing group coordinator delivers for the needs of the Municipality of Dupnitsa for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of registration of the first supply of net active electricity - low voltage. In connection with Article 61 of the PPZOP, the bids of the participants will be considered in accordance with Article 104(2) of the ZOP. The price for the supply of 1 MWh of net electricity is uniform for all tariff zones (peak, day and night). As ‘balancing group coordinator’, the Contractor should assume the balancing responsibility, include the Contracting Authority in the balancing energy market as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group, without the Contracting Authority paying a participation fee.
