This contract is a single ‘composite’ framework agreement awarded to: - a part treated in the form of an ordinary contract: preventive maintenance "systematic" and corrective maintenance included in the flat-rate: preventive/corrective maintenance for work of less than EUR 150 excluding VAT on photovoltaic equipment by the Département de l'Hérault – part treated in the form of a framework agreement with order forms: corrective maintenance not included in the flat-rate and services for the total or partial renewal or rehabilitation of certain equipment: corrective and curative maintenance of services for the renewal or rehabilitation of certain equipment The services shall be paid for in accordance with the provisions of the contract of employment: - by a fixed overall price for the fixed services of maintenance and preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance (fixed price - DPGF price) - by application of unit prices (BPU) and list price(s) Supplier prices for services ordered by order forms (for non-fixed/curative corrective maintenance services, additions of equipment and materials, improvement services), by application to the quantities actually carried out.
