The subject-matter of the contract was the execution of construction and repair works in a premises located in the basement of the building of the Faculty of Pharmacy, 84 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., Varna. The current repair of the premises is in order to be renovated in accordance with the requirements for creating an ergonomic working environment and new requirements for their functionality. Construction and repair works for the renovation of the room include: construction of partitions of plasterboard; replacement of existing and installation of a new ceiling, complete repainting with preliminary repair and restoration of compromised plaster; construction of cable power supply, power installation – power supply for stationary technological and HVAC users (office equipment, air-conditioning system), electrical circuits of electrical contacts, internal lighting installation with LED lighting fixtures.
