Description

During 2020, important work was carried out within the FPS BOSA - DG Digital Transformation on a pilot project called BosaBot. This pilot concerns a chatbot application, based on a specific use case, namely the orientation and support of candidates who wish to apply for a job within the government. During the preparatory workshops that were part of the mission, it became apparent that the various support services dealing with citizens' issues had a large knowledge database that could be used as a basic material. In practice, this BoSabot driver has gone from a limited experience to a specific chatbot capable of automatically picking up and answering a large number of questions that would otherwise end up in the front-line call center, mail or phone of employees.
