Description

1. The subject of the contract is the organization and logistical service of domestic trips of WZK Members in the second half of 2025. 2. The contract consists of two lots: Part 1 – Organisation and logistics: a study visit of a delegation from Małopolska of a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 25 people in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in the second half of 2025. Under Lot 1 of the contract, the Contractor shall ensure that: • Travel arrangements for the participants of the study visit from Małopolska, including the provision of transport on the Kraków-Wrocław, Wrocław-Kraków route (railway tickets) for a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 25 people. • Accommodation and meals for a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 25 people during the study visit. • Logistic services for on-site meetings. • Providing transport in the Lower Silesian Voivodship for a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 25 people. • Representative of the Contractor.. • Visitor insurance. Part 2 - Organisation and logistics: two-day outgoing training for delegations from Małopolska with a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 50 people in the second half of 2025 in the Małopolska province at a minimum distance of 15 km from ul. Racławicka 56 in Krakow (distance calculated according to the shortest car route measured using Google maps). Under Lot 2 of the contract, the Contractor shall ensure that: • Accommodation and meals for a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 50 people during the training trip • Training room available on each day of the trip with appropriate technical equipment and a room / separate places where coffee catering will be permanently available during the training; • Conducting certified training on legal and ethical aspects in the context of the use of AI in education for all participants in the dimension of about 8 hours. • 45 parking spaces. 3. The conditions for performance of the contract and a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract in respect of Lot 1 of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – model contract and are attached as Annex 1CA to the contract notice. 4. The conditions for the performance of the contract and the detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract in respect of Lot 2 are set out in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract – model contract – and are attached as Annex 1CB to the contract notice. 5. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (SOPZ) in respect of Lot 1 of the contract is contained in Annex 1DA to the SOPZ. 6.
