1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the deep thermomodernization of the facility of the School and Preschool Complex No. 5 at ul. Average 98 in Bydgoszcz, to the extent and under the conditions specified in the Specifications of the Terms of Order with attachments, including Annex No. ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’. 2. The Contracting Authority has divided the contract into lots, i.e. the contract covering the thermomodernisation of educational establishments in Bydgoszcz. The Contracting Authority intends to implement the parts concerning individual establishments in separate procedures. 3.
