Description

The object of the concession covers 24/7, short-term, non-operational provision of cars to be hired by registered users in Warsaw.
The services which are the subject of the concession must be provided on a continuous basis for all days a year and 24 hours a day.
The service should be available at least in the areas of Mokotów, Ochota, Prague South, Prague North, Wola and Żoliborz. Industrial and railway areas may be excluded on the basis of the Survey of Spatial Development Conditions and Directions or Local Land Use Plans.
