Description

The TLFKS is to be renovated and expanded as part of a major construction project (TLFKS 2.0). The measure will be implemented in six phases. With the building 0 car park and arrival is started. An overall energy concept must be drawn up for these construction measures. For this purpose, the existing and future planned buildings are to be considered and included. The content and scope of the preparation of the overall energy concept for the entire property is defined in the task and in particular in the performance lines. In interdisciplinary cooperation between all parties involved in the TLFKS 2.0 project, the contractor must develop a holistic concept and possible solutions for environmentally friendly and energy-saving measures. It includes heating technology, air conditioning, sanitary technology, ventilation and ventilation, lighting, process energy and building automation.
