Description

1. The subject of the contract is the service of maintaining order and cleanliness on the streets of the city of Biała Podlaska by cleaning the streets at the curbs after the winter period and sweeping the roadway. 2. Name(s) and code(s) of the Common Procurement Vocabulary: (CPV): Main subject: 90610000-6 (Cleaning and street sweeping services) 3. The scope of the subject-matter of the contract referred to in paragraph 1 shall include: 1) one-off two-way cleaning of the roadway at the curbstones from sand and other pollutants after the winter period, starting the process of permanent street cleaning, in accordance with the list contained in Annex 1 to the FTZ; 2) double-sided cleaning of streets at curbs, with 2.50m wide belts, sweeping the road at islets dividing traffic at intersections, at arches at intersections to their end and at curbs of bus bays, along with the export of pollutants, 4. Road sweeping services will be carried out for a period of approximately 9 months (depending on weather conditions), 6 days a week (Monday ÷ Saturday except public holidays) in accordance with a schedule containing the frequency of sweeping individual streets, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ. 5. All pollutants and waste removed as part of the services should be exported to the Regional Municipal Waste Treatment Plant ‘RIPOK’ at ul. Ecological 1 in Biała Podlaska. 6. The contracting authority does not require the evidence in question in the present proceedings.
