L’appalto ha per oggetto la conclusione di un Accordo Quadro con un unico Operatore Economico, per lo svolgimento di servizi di ingegneria ed architettura inerenti gli interventi per l’adeguamento antincendio, il miglioramento funzionale ed il miglioramento e/o adeguamento sismico dei diversi edifici facenti parte del Centro Direzionale della Regione Lazio. Il valore totale stimato dell'appalto è pari a € 5.130.585,71 al netto di IVA, di cui € 4.993.255,49 per servizi soggetti a ribasso ed € 197.330,22 per oneri previdenziali e assistenziali.
