Description

The subject of the contract are successive: Purchase of pharmaceutical products. The consumables which are the subject of the contract, in terms of description and quantity, are set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ, the product-price form (tasks 1 to 3). Detailed conditions for the delivery, including access to the Ordering Party's buildings, are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 4 to the FTZ. Required delivery date for partial deliveries: 3 working days from placing the order. Minimum expiry date of the assortment: 12 months from the date of delivery. Required deadline for partial deliveries in CITO mode: 12 hours after placing the order. The contracting authority will be obliged to use a minimum of 75% of the gross value of the contract awarded. The use will depend on the number of patients applying to the Ordering Party and contracts concluded with the National Health Fund.
