‘Performance of construction supervision during the construction of the building – ‘Major repair of Tsarkovna Street’, Omurtag, from 253 to 277, with a length of 287.94 m.’ The following main activities are included in the subject of the contract: Execution of consulting services for exercising construction supervision during the construction of the site in accordance with Art. 166, para 1, items 1 and 2, Art. 168 and Art. 169b, para 1 of the Spatial Development Act in volume and scope in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Development Act and by-laws, including control over the completeness and correct drafting of acts and protocols during the construction, in accordance with Art. Ordinance №3/2003. Performance of the functions of a Coordinator for safety and health, pursuant to Ordinance №2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work in the performance of construction and installation works; Full information on the scope, volume and technical requirements for the performance of the contract is described and regulated in the ‘Technical Specifications’, an integral part of the tender documents. ​​​​​​​
