Description

The municipality of Leiden intends to conclude a Framework Agreement with regard to the design, production and delivery of election printed matter. The municipality wishes to award the contract to one tenderer. The contract concerns the production and dispatch of the printed matter for the elections between 1 July 2025 and 1 July 2029 at the latest. For more information see the tendering guidelines. For each election/referendum, a new statement is made in advance of the exact numbers of printed matter and specifications. The numbers depend on the number of eligible voters per election, postal addresses and the current requirements for printed matter.
