Description

1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework contract, with no more than five Contractors within each of the 2 tasks, for the supply of food and food for the purposes of running commercial zones (i.e. hotel, restaurant, cafeteria, catering outlets on the hall, catering outlets on the stadium, VIP zone) by Areny Katowice sp. z o.o. together with the necessary equipment ensuring the possibility of providing services covering the subject of delivery. The subject of the contract was divided into 2 tasks: Activity 1 – Supply of non-alcoholic beverages Activity 2 – Supply of alcohol 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements for it can be found in the following annexes: 1) Annexes No 1.1A – 1.2A to the FTZ – assortment-price forms, 2) Annexes No 7.1. – 7.2. to the FTZ – detailed descriptions of the subject-matter of the contract, 3) Annex 6 to the FTZ – draft provisions of the framework agreement.
