The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of maintenance services for the Systems implemented and functioning at the Contracting Authority, i.e.: 1) The KSAT system operating in the Municipal Office of Wrocław (hereinafter: UMW), implemented during the implementation of the agreement ZP/PO/158/2009/WIN, dated 16 July 2010, together with subsequent maintenance and development agreements; 2) KSAT system operating in the Information Services Centre in Wrocław (hereinafter: CUI) implemented during the implementation of the CUI/ZP/W/4/2014 agreement of 15 January 2014, together with subsequent maintenance and development agreements; 3) Mdok system designed to handle the office circulation, implemented during the implementation of the agreement ZP/PN/22/2012/WIN of 24 May 2012, together with subsequent maintenance and development agreements; 4) the SGN system operating at the Wrocław City Hall implemented during the implementation of the CUI/ZP/PO/11/2014 agreement of March 3, 2015, together with subsequent maintenance and development agreements; 5) PLIP System (i.e. Wrocław Information and Payment Platform) implemented during the implementation of agreements numbered 31/2013/WIN of 8 November 2013 and CUI/ZP/W/9/2015 of 18 February 2015 for the UMW together with subsequent maintenance and development agreements, including an upgrade to PLIP2. 2. As part of the provision of maintenance services, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) modifications of the Systems related to the change of legal provisions and adaptation of the Systems to the applicable legal provisions, 2) updating the Systems with the functionality previously developed specifically for the Ordering Party and integration with other programs and systems, 3) removing Failures, 4) providing users and administrators of the Systems with assistance in the form of consultations in clarifying errors and removing their consequences, 5) providing the Ordering Party with current information on the administrative activities performed by the Contractor on the database; this information is to include the scope of performed activities, determination of the time, the person performing the above activities, 6) providing the Ordering Party with an up-to-date description of database tables and fields once a quarter in the event of a change in the structure of databases, 7) providing system administrators with technical support in the form of consultations in the event of the need to reinstall individual systems and databases, 8) providing the Administrator or designated representatives of the Ordering Party with an up-to-date description of database tables and fields by the Contractor's consultants, ongoing telephone consultations in the field of operation of the Systems, in particular through explanations, diagnoses, advice and answers to questions related to the operation of the Systems in the scope of the implemented functionality, 9) assistance in the form of consultations in the event of difficulties in performing administrative works in the System, 10) assistance in the form of consultations in launching the System after a failure not resulting from the Contractor's fault, 11) providing the Ordering Party with up-to-date information on new versions of the Systems, new functionalities or extensions of the Systems and new technological solutions, including options, available for additional remuneration, 12) adapting the Systems, in order to exchange of the systems, in order to exchange of data with systems, in order to exchange of data with systems for which publicly available information is published information about changes with which data is already functioning.
