Description

Following a preliminary investigation, the environmental operators of the city of Kleve intend to adapt the treatment plant and plan the extension to take account of CO2 reduction.
In this context, the existing sewage treatment plant is to be extended after the rehabilitation and extension of the pipe network system to include pre-treatment tanks, a primary sludge and surplus sludge pumping plant, a compact sludge stabilisation (feeding) including the associated machinery building, two post-circifiers and snail pumps, as well as sludge drying (tape dryer) and a downstream PYREG® plant. The gas obtained from digestion/sludge stabilisation is to be buffered in a gas storage facility to be constructed and then used in a CHP to generate self-energy.
In order to carry out these services and the measures described below, engineering services are requested in accordance with the HOAI-2013 and the annexes to the HOAI-2013.
