Description

Provision, integration and maintenance of telephone infrastructure. Establishment of a conventional telephone infrastructure interconnected with radio. This scenario started to be deployed from 2015 onwards.
The services covered by the contract include:
— the purchase of the various equipment and related solutions,
installation, configuration, assistance and transfer of skills,
— maintenance and support for the solution implemented.
Objectives:
— have a future-proof and reliable telephony infrastructure incorporating new collaborative functionalities,
— manage communications with the telecommunications radio infrastructure,
— improve the supervision and maintenance of the infrastructure,
— harmonise the telephony solution on all sites by ensuring independence between them.
