The contract concerns the maintenance of technical installations of four municipal buildings under the organisation Noaberkracht Dinkelland Tubbergen. It concerns two municipal yards and two town halls. Due to the diversity and condition of the installations, the client is looking for a total installer who can completely unburden Noaberkracht in the maintenance of the various technical installations. The town hall in Denekamp and the town yard in Ootmarsum both exist twenty (20) years in 2027. This also applies to the installations that are part of these buildings.
