Description

3.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na odbiorze wraz z załadunkiem, transporcie i zagospodarowaniu ustabilizowanych komunalnych osadów ściekowych (kod odpadu: 19 08 05) powstałych w Oczyszczalni Ścieków w Cielczy (Cielcza, ul. Gajówka 1, 63-200 Jarocin), z terenu tej oczyszczalni. Przykładowe sprawozdania z badań ustabilizowanych komunalnych osadów ściekowych (kod odpadu: 19 08 05) stanowią załącznik nr 8 do SWZ, a obowiązująca decyzja pozwolenia na wytwarzanie odpadów stanowi załącznik nr 9 do SWZ.
3.2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty we wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 7 do SWZ.
