Description

The object of the public procurement contract is to provide infrastructure for green transport - recharging points for electric vehicles in Slatina, Olt County The types of machinery, technological equipment and the quantities of works to be purchased, fitted and executed in order to complete the investment objective are those mentioned in the tender specifications and the technical project that are an integral part of the tender documentation. The objective is implemented through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 10 – Local Fund, I.4 – Development/update in GIS format of spatial planning and urban planning documentation, I.1.3 – Ensuring infrastructure for green transport – electric vehicle recharging points, in accordance with financing contract No 131468/21.11.2022 for project No C10-I4-102. The estimated value of the contract is RON 3 662 617.74 excluding VAT, composed of: • Expenses for the basic investment amounting to RON 3 577 493.09 excluding VAT, consisting of: o Subchapter 4.1.- Construction and installations in the amount of RON 1.702.493,09 excluding VAT o Subchapter 4.3. - Machinery, technological and functional equipment requiring assembly, line 4.3.1. - List of equipment-Recharging stations for electric cars – in the amount of RON 1 875 000.00 excluding VAT • Chapter 5 – Other expenditure, sub-chapter 5.1.2 – Expenditure related to the organisation of the site in the amount of RON 85 124.65 excluding VAT NOTE: Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications only through SEAP, signed with extended electronic signature. Number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders: 18. In so far as requests for clarifications have been sent within the specified time limit, the time limit for the contracting authority to reply to requests for clarifications shall be 11 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders. The consolidated reply to the requests for clarification will be posted in SEAP, to the contract notice in the dedicated section. The purchaser shall not comply with requests for clarification made by other means of communication or by a deadline other than that laid down in the tender documentation.
