Description

Geographical location: Perimeter of the agglomeration of Grand Chambéry, Aix-les-Bains and neighboring communes, Montmélian and neighboring communes. The framework agreement with maximum is passed in application of articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Order Code. Each lot will be awarded separately. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. Each lot will be awarded to a minimum of 3 economic operators and a maximum of 5 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). In the case of a group of economic operators, the form desired by the contracting authority is a joint group with a joint and several representative. If the group to which the contract is awarded is of a different form, it may be obliged to carry out its conversion in order to comply with the contracting authority's wishes. The same supplier may not act as agent for several groups relating to a lot under the framework agreement. Refer to the Consultation Rules for more details on the form of the grouping
