Description

The measure concerns placement in employment subject to compulsory insurance (§ 16(1) SGBII in conjunction with § 45(1) sentence 1 Nos 3 and 5 SGB III).
The objective of the measure is to provide intensive support to participants as part of job coaching in order to take up employment which is subject to social security contributions, which, as far as possible, eliminates the need for assistance. The use of systemic coaching is a prerequisite for this. Participants are new and existing customers in the legal circle of SGB II.
