1. The subject of the contract is: Supply of laboratory equipment for the Department of Histology and Embryology of the Piastów Śląskie Medical University in Wrocław 2. The subject of the contract was divided into 3 lots, assessed separately, i.e.: Part 1: Supply of equipment for automated nucleic acid isolation process Part 2: Delivery of a device for automated sealing of histological preparations Part 3: Supply of a system for the automatic treatment of preparations, compatible with paraffin dyeing reagents and frozen tissue scraps, cytovir smears, cell smears and needle bioptates, consisting of: 1) Immunohistochemical dye - 1 pc. 2) Apparatus for dewaxing and unmasking antigens – 1 piece 3) Code readers – 1 pc. 4) Label printers – 1 pc 5) UPS 1500 VA - 1 piece 6) Workstation – 1 pcs. 3. The place of delivery is the Department of Histology and Embryology of the University of Warsaw, ul. Chałubińskiego 6a, 50-368 Wrocław, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00. 4. The subject-matter of the contract is described in detail in the Technical Information Sheet (Annex 2, Part 1-3 to the FTZ).
