Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of laboratory reagents for testing together with the lease of analyzers. The contract was divided into three lots, i.e.: - Part 1: lease of the analyzer for biochemical tests and successive delivery to the Laboratory with the Laboratory of Transfusion Immunology and the Blood Bank of the District Hospital John Paul II in Trzcianka, as required, of reagents and consumables for the analyzer, enabling the tests included in the list of tests to be carried out - Part 2: lease of a coagulation analyzer and successive delivery to the Laboratory with the Laboratory of Transfusion Immunology and the Blood Bank of the District Hospital John Paul II in Trzcianka, as required, of reagents and consumables for the analyzer, enabling the tests included in the list of tests to be carried out - Part 3: lease of the gasometric analyser and successive delivery to the Laboratory with the Laboratory of Transfusion Immunology and the Blood Bank of the John Paul II District Hospital in Trzcianka of reagents and consumables for the analyser, according to the attached list of materials. The contracting authority shall allow tenders to be submitted for one, several or all lots.
