The operation/maintenance/repair service of the thermal power plants in the units of the Constanta CF Regional Authority will be purchased for a period of 24 months, in accordance with the provisions of Tender Specifications No 16/1163/06.08.2025. The purpose of the purchase is to ensure the operation within the designed parameters of thermal power plants with powers over 70 kW. The value of the largest subsequent contract is RON 1,117,450.71 excluding VAT, for a period of 12 months. SUSPENSIONAL CLAUSIS: The procedure for awarding the sectoral procurement contract is initiated under a standstill clause, in the sense that the conclusion of the sectoral procurement contract is subject to the allocation of funds for that purpose, or to compliance with the provisions relating to the commitment of expenditure, in accordance with Article 10(1)(e) of Order No 26/2013, as updated.
