Description

The subject-matter of the public contract awarded included the supply of footwear for the needs of the staff of the Directorate-General for the Execution of Penalties and its territorial offices for a period of 24 months. The total quantity of footwear items subject to the contract is 10 634 pairs of footwear, divided as follows: Shoes whole /field / - 3,662 pairs, including up to 200 cups of women's shoes; Shoes warm /boots/ - 2 130 pairs, including up to 100 cups of women's shoes; Half-shoes /spring-autumn/ - 2,392 pairs, including up to 100 cups of women's shoes; Half shoes /summer item/ - 2 450 pairs, including up to 100 cups of women's shoes. The indicated quantities of footwear are estimated and the actual number of footwear items to be supplied will be according to the needs of the contracting authority. A public contract shall be awarded with a view to implementing the provision of Article 24(2) of the Penalties and Detention in Custody Act (ZINZS).
