Description

In 2024, Afeer decided to terminate its ICT services at GRID and independently set up a new workplace environment via an external supplier. This workplace environment is based on Microsoft 365 and Cloud-based services. This Agreement shall expire on 31 December 2025. The intended result of this tender is a multi-year service contract with one ICT service provider that fits the size of our organisation and is capable of: • Satisfactory implementation of ICT services for (end) users; • Ensure continuity of ICT services; • Where desired, ICT services can be further developed. Afeer wants to purchase the service for the delivery and management of the workplace as a service. The supplier is responsible for the entire implementation and management of the workplace. At present, the size is around 200 workplaces and 1 Azure Tennant. These are mainly Windows workstations but also some Macs and/or Macbooks. In addition, there are both Android and OS-based mobile devices. The number of notifications registered with the service desk is between 24 and 62 notifications per month. The average in the period September to April comes to about 40 reports.
