Description

The HUS Group establishes a dynamic purchasing system (‘DPS’) for the purchase of various medical equipment for specialised medical care. Various devices are acquired through the system mainly for hospital use, but internal tendering may also include devices used in primary health care and in home conditions. Devices are acquired for various specialisations, such as cardiology, urology, psychiatry, orthopaedics, plastic surgery, head and neck surgery, cancer diseases, and neurology and surgery. The procurement system does not include laboratory equipment or product groups for which there is another dynamic purchasing system or framework agreement (e.g. infusion equipment, drills and saws or ultrasonic equipment). The product groups to be procured include: - laser equipment - liposuction equipment - various surgical navigators - hearing examination and treatment equipment - physiotherapy equipment - neurosurgery equipment - oral and maxillofacial surgery equipment - robotic surgery equipment - intraoral scanners - urological equipment - electrophysiological equipment - plastic surgery equipment - pulmonary surgery equipment - cardiological equipment - cardiac surgery equipment - hyperthermia and cryogenic equipment - trombectomy equipment - ABI equipment - ECT equipment HUS aims to procure, through a flexible and simple procedure, high-quality supplies and products to support patient care. In addition to HUS, products tendered through the procurement system can also be purchased for the participating wellbeing services counties (Kymenlaakso wellbeing services county, South Karelia wellbeing services county, Päijät-Häme wellbeing services county or Uusimaa wellbeing services counties and the City of Helsinki). Medical equipment for surgery, cardiology, urology and internal medicine 2025-2030 DPS DPS DPS is valid until 31.12.2030 unless shortened or extended by a separate notification. At the time of the publication of the invitation to participate, HUS estimates that 10-100 internal tenders will be published within the dynamic purchasing system during 2025-2030. The amount is a preliminary estimate, which can change significantly as the need for competitive tendering and the grouping of products becomes clearer later. At the time of publication of the invitation to participate, HUS estimates the total value of the entire duration of the dynamic purchasing system to be no more than EUR 50 000 000, taking into account all possible purchases made in the system. The estimate is provisional and based on the currently known need for procurement. HUS does not commit to any purchase volumes or quantity purchase obligations with this notice. Applications for participation in a dynamic purchasing system may be submitted throughout its duration. It shall be valid until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or modified during the period of validity of the dynamic purchasing system. The actual procurement is carried out by means of competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system, which describes and specifies the subject matter of the procurement. A separate contract will be concluded for each internal tendering procedure. The contract period is defined separately in internal tendering on a case-by-case basis. You can apply to become a tenderer for a dynamic purchasing system if you meet the suitability requirements set out in the ESPD form and the criteria for the subject of the contract. All eligible candidates will be included. The dynamic purchasing system is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes.
