A complex of construction works is planned for the building, which aim to carry out renovation of the building and include: replacement of window frames, implementation of a thermal insulation system on the entire eastern facade, partly on the western facade at ground floor level (building entrance) and level 5 floor, and partly on the northern facade at level 5 floor, repair of the roof covering and roof drainage system, repair of the lightning protection of the building, as well as internal repair of walls and ceilings, including replacement of interior and exterior doors, repair of lighting fixtures.
