Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the extraction and scraping of timber following a disaster on a work plot designated by the contracting authority (part of forestry).
2. The extraction concerns the whole thickness of the working plot.
3. The dropping will be carried out until the export route indicated by the Forestry Service.
4. The subject-matter of the contract also includes the removal of operational residues from roads and surface dividing lines.
5. Any extraction of excavation residues from land of another property will be accounted for separately at an hourly rate.
