Description

This restricted invitation to tender relates to an order form contract as described in Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code. Its purpose is to carry out cleaning and dusting services as part of phase 1 of the Richelieu quadrilateral restructuring operation in Paris.
The restructuring operation concerns the redeployment of the departments of the French National Library (BNF) and the installation of the libraries and reading rooms of the National Institute of Art History (INHA) and the School of Charters (Enc) in the Richelieu quadrilateral.
Services are expected to start in the 2nd quarter of 2012. Order forms may be issued throughout the duration of the contract.
The services must be carried out in parallel with the interior fitting-out and closure works covered by phase 1, in particular to meet the calendar objectives.
