Description

BG-PHOENICS is undergoing a transformation process from a host-based ‘house’ IT to a service-oriented IT provider. This change takes place in technological, organisational and cultural terms.
In 2017, the shareholders examined the economic viability of BG-PHOENICS GmbH’s processes.
The subject of the contract is the consultancy service in the project ‘Optimierung BG-P’. The aim of this project is to develop, operationalise and implement measures on the basis of the study. Priority will be given to the two areas of introduction of a pricing model and introduction, optimisation of operational organisation, including the necessary reorganisation process.
The project will be implemented from January 2019 to December 2020.
