Description

This contract covers, for each of the two lines of the UVELIA incineration plant, the replacement of the beams of superheaters 4 and 5, including the replacement of the anvils and hammers of the striking system: the study, manufacture, supply, delivery and on-site assembly work for the replacement of superheaters. This contract also includes the replacement of drainage tubes for superheaters 4 and 5: manufacture, supply and on-site assembly work for the replacement of drainage tubes. Mandatory options are also provided, for charging in InconelĀ® of the first two rows of the superheaters and for an on-site troubleshooting service for repairs in the 3rd route of the two lines. These services will be carried out during the next major scheduled maintenance stoppages (GER), in a minimum time to reduce downtime (continuous services 2 breaks of 10 hours/day and 7 days/7). Replacement work for overheaters and drains is currently planned in September 2025 for Line 2 and March 2026 for Line 1. This contract also covers repairs to be carried out as a matter of urgency on the third route during unplanned stoppages linked to breakdowns that may occur during the year. The contract is divided into items, which concern the two incineration lines. The following items should be considered for submission of tenders: ā€¢ Items 1 to 6: Replacement of the SH4 and SH5 superheaters on the two lines ā€¢ Items 7 to 10: Option: Inconel charging of the first two rows of the SH4 and SH5 superheaters on the two lines ā€¢ Items 11 to 14: Supply and on-site work to replace the drainage tubes of the SH4 and SH5 superheaters on both lines ā€¢ Item 15: Option: On-site troubleshooting service ā€“ repair in the 3rd route of the two lines Please refer to point III ā€˜Description of technical requirementsā€™ for more details concerning the detailed description of the contract and the various items.
