Description

The object of the contract is the management and operation of the audiovisual and voting systems of the Parliament of Galicia, the realization of the audiovisual programs, both live and deferred (edited), the work of production and video editing and will collaborate in the construction, maintenance and management of the audiovisual archive of the Parliament of Galicia. The contract in question must have as its object the full provision of a service, so as established in Law 14/2013, of 26 December, on the rationalization of the public sector, the contractor will provide its own direction and management in the development of the object of the contract and will be responsible for the organization of the service, and through the persons in charge designated by it, will be responsible for giving its workers the corresponding orders, criteria for carrying out the work and guidelines on how to distribute it, in such a way that the Parliament of Galicia is alien to these employment relationships.
