Subject matter, quantity and/or volume: Delivery of stop fixtures and accessories, rebars, control fixtures, aerials, hydrants and accessories, for the needs of “Water Supply and Sewering” EOOD – Blagoevgrad The conditions under which the subject of the order will be realised, the rights and obligations of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor are in accordance with the documentation to the public procurement and the draft contract, as well as in accordance with the applicable legislation. The proposed products shall comply with all documents concerning quality, airtightness, ecology and safety and applicable to the subject of the position and to the requirements of the Technical Requirements for Products Act and Regulation No RD-02-20-1/05.02.2015 on the conditions and procedure for the incorporation of construction products in the construction works of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as with the relevant hygiene and health requirements of the legislation for contact with drinking water. All devices must be marked according to the legislation in force/nominal diameter, nominal pressure, direction of mounting (where necessary), label/catalog plate/manufacturer’s factory number/. The complete information on the scope, volume and requirements for the performance of the contract is detailed and regulated in the Technical Specification Annex No 1, an integral part of the procurement documents.
