Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract includes the provision of services consisting of: a) ongoing maintenance of cleanliness in residential buildings owned by the Municipality of the City of Szczecin, b) ongoing maintenance of cleanliness in areas owned by the Municipality of the City of Szczecin, adjacent to real estate with cyclically cleaned areas, c) winter maintenance of areas owned by the Municipality of the City of Szczecin not indicated in the address lists, but ordered each time depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. d) maintenance of cleanliness in real estate managed by ZBiLK - not indicated in the address list - but ordered each time depending on the needs of the Ordering Party (external and internal surface), - in accordance with the applicable law (Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities) and the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of the City of Szczecin adopted by the City Council of Szczecin, divided into three parts. a) part 1 - Northern District, b) part 2 - Niebuszewo District (c) part 3 - Southern District of the Contracting Party provides for the possibility of applying Article 214. 1 point 7 of the PPL Act. The award of a contract for the provision of ongoing cleaning services in residential buildings and adjacent areas owned by the Municipality of the City of Szczecin, together with winter maintenance of the areas in three parts for a period not exceeding 18 months, will take place, provided that the contractor duly performs the contract, resulting, inter alia, from the lack of contractual penalties. The value of contracts awarded in this way will not exceed PLN 1,899,172.75 net.
