Ces travaux comprennent la démolition barrage existant et de ses ouvrages, reconstruction système de vidange, création noyau étanche, création d'un remblai routier, création ouvrage d'évacuation des crues et de son coursier, création chaussée et accotements. Lot unique divisé en 2 tranches : Tranche ferme : Réhabilitation de la digue de l'étang, Tranche optionnelle : Fourniture et pose du moine après enlèvement de l'existant. Durée du marché court à compter de la date de notification jusqu'à réception des travaux (après complète réalisation des travaux, repliement des installations de chantier, remise en état des terrains et des lieux et réception des travaux). Délai maximum d'exécution des travaux fixé à 75 jours au total (hors période de préparation), soit tranche ferme 70 jours et tranche optionnelle 5 jours, à compter de la date fixée ordre de service prescrivant au titulaire de commencer l'exécution des travaux de la tranche considérée, sauf délais plus courts fixés dans l'AE
