Description

When performing the contract should be carried out: ‘Current repairs for the restoration of the HTS Quarantine Fishing Port after a sunshade from 18-19.11.2023’, in accordance with the terms of the Technical Specification, including an engineering survey and the determination of emergency repair works – (Annex 1). The implementation includes the following activities, which are related to the construction of the site and constitute a condition, consequence or addition to them: 1. Carrying out construction and repair works, according to the bill of quantities provided and within the limits of the estimated funds determined in accordance with the regulations in force and the technical specifications for construction products. 2. Supply and use of the necessary construction materials and products in accordance with the ordinance on the essential requirements for construction works and conformity assessment of construction products. 3. Perform the necessary tests and laboratory tests. 4. Correction of defects during the warranty periods specified in the public procurement contract.
