Description

Sanierung des Kulturhauses Tecklenburg; Naturwerksteinarbeiten Die Stadt Tecklenburg beabsichtigt das Kulturhaus umzubauen und energetisch zu sanieren und so auf den aktuellen technischen Stand zu bringen. Das Gebäude mit Baujahr 1960 steht unter Denkmalschutz und wurde zuletzt als Veranstaltungsort von verschiedenen Organisationen genutzt. Die Sanierungsmaßnahme beinhaltet den Anbau eines Treppenhauses und die Umbauarbeiten im Bestand. Die Leistung dieser Ausschreibung umfasst darum sämtliche hierfür erforderlichen Arbeiten für das Gewerk Naturwerksteinarbeiten.
