Description

1. Performing operations and maintenance of lighting devices for roads, squares and other places in the city and commune of Aleksandrów Łódzki, in order to maintain them in technical condition in accordance with applicable regulations. The area and number of luminaires are specified in Annex 1 to the contract, which also includes 500 luminaires made available under a separate contract to the Contracting Authority for the purpose of modernising street lighting. 2. The Contractor shall operate and maintain the lighting devices ensuring their sound technical condition, proper and proper use for their intended purpose, rational and economical use of electricity, safety of operation and the environment and compliance with environmental requirements by: 1) planned operational activities, in particular:  technical inspections of devices, measuring and control equipment,  visual inspection of overhead and cable lines routes,  technical inspections of lantern luminaires and cavities,  maintenance of metal structures of lanterns, cabinets and switchboards,  replacement of luminaires with poor technical condition,  measurements of the effectiveness of protection against electric shocks with the frequency provided for by regulations,  control of the lighting status during the lighting season, 2) emergency operations, and in particular:  replacement of damaged elements of the power supply and control system,  repair or replacement of damaged cables,  repair of broken wires,  replacement of light sources, luminaires, holders, chokes and capacitors,  replacement of damaged and broken poles,  replacement of booms, damaged pole plates of the recess doors of lanterns,  elimination of failures in road lighting devices, 3) periodic inspections of the lighting status, carried out independently and jointly by the Parties - at the request of the Contracting Authority; 3. Works not listed in paragraph 2 point 2 as in particular:  replacement of damaged lighting poles (in the case of separate lighting),  replacement of non-standard lighting elements (projectors, LED luminaires, special luminaires, etc.),  hanging additional lighting fixtures, will be carried out on a separate order of the Ordering Party.
