The subject-matter of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of a service consisting of the management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 and biodegradable kitchen waste with code 200 108 in the amount of 13 200 Mg, hereinafter referred to as waste, originating in Łódź from the Bałuty and Widzew sectors, between the date of conclusion of the contract and 31 December 2018. The duration of the contract may be shortened if the city of Łódź is able to channel waste to a regional municipal waste treatment facility.
