Description

Die Kinderbetreuung der Gemeinde Laufach wird wie bisher auf 2 Standorte verteilt. Neben dem Kindergarten in Laufach soll die weitere Kinderbetreuung im Ortsteil Laufach-Hain gefestigt werden. ● Hierzu sollen vorhandene Räumlichkeiten umgebaut, saniert und erweitert werden zum Kindercampus Hain. ● Die Gesamtkosten (KG 200 – 700) werden mit ca. 2,95 Mio. € brutto angenommen. (Stand 20.09.2024) ● Es wurden noch keine Planungsleistungen nach HOAI Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume erbracht. Eine Machbarkeitsstudie mit grober Kostenschätzung als Grundlage für die weitere Bearbeitung liegt vor. ● Eine Beschreibung im Detail kann den Vergabeunterlagen - Anlage 01 entnommen werden.
