Restricted competition for project management (architectural and engineering competitions: Sketch +) drawn up pursuant to Articles 70 and 74 of the Public Procurement Code, with in particular the creation of an indoor sports area of 40 m x 20 m, approximately 150 graders, 4 changing rooms, storage rooms and various premises (SU: Approximately 2 000 square metres).
