Upphandlingen omfattar en entreprenad avseende drift (tillsyn och skötsel) och visst underhåll (planerat underhåll och avhjälpande underhåll) under barmarksperiod och snöperiod av i entreprenaden ingående utvändiga markytor. Under snöperiod ska leverantören ha jour dygnet om. Olika typer av tilläggsarbeten kan komma att beställas, till exempel anläggningsarbeten och klottersanering.
