for the municipality of Diou Olymos and its legal persons for the year 2014.
The expenditure for the ‘Supply of liquid fuels’ (heating oil, diesel fuel, unleaded petrol and oleolipanes) for the needs of the municipality of Dio-Olympou and its legal persons has been budgeted at EUR 497 372,08 (plus VAT) for the period from the signing of the contract until 31.12.2014 inclusive and will be financed from the own resources of each legal person. Award criterion (a) for heating oil, diesel fuel and unleaded petrol is the highest percentage discount in whole units of the average retail price, as determined by the trade department of the Regional Unit of Pieria of the Region of Central Macedonia (former Prefecture of Pieria) or the competent body as in force in accordance with the legislation in force, and (b) for olipanics the highest percentage of the whole unit rebate on the budget price of the study.
The contract may be extended for a period of 4 months, provided that the contracting entity does not incur any further financial burden and that the quantities announced and awarded are not exceeded.
Each tenderer may participate in the tender by submitting a tender for all the items to be procured in each group, either in one or more groups as defined above.
