Description

The purpose of the contract is to ensure the interconnection of local networks of the Paris sites of the administration by means of a point-to-point, digital, bi-directional and permanent solution between standardised end interfaces with strong requirements in terms of speed and availability.
In 2013, the continued need led the Ministry to renew the market. However, migration to the inter-ministerial network of the state in the near future makes investment by third parties illusory. As a result, the negotiated procurement procedure, which places the Ministry of Justice in a legal capacity to ensure the continuity of the interconnection of the networks of the central government sites, has become necessary for the interim period.
